We have changed some of our contact details and the reasoning behind this is quite simple - we want to better equip our staff to enable them to better support our clients. Training our staff to have exceptional knowledge in their specialised area is more efficient than trying to train an account manager to understand every detail. An account manager is there to understand the client's needs and goals, to offer exceptional solutions in the interest of its client. Today we have introduced new CRM software and support integrations, to go that one step further into the client care, offering premium support for all our clients and to help better facility their technical needs.

Ultimately what this means for our customers is that we have a support channel separate from our sales channel. Clients will be given access to our toll-free 0800 number to get directly in contact with our on-site technical & support team. The support team are specially trained to help with technical queries on a product you have purchased from us or even a product you have purchased elsewhere.
